Hardware/Software Purchases - On Behalf of the Client
As a courtecy to our clients, we can purchase on your behalf all the hardware/software required, allowing you to benefit from the special pricing we have with some of the vendors while saving you from the hassle and technical know how involved in purchases of that kind.
This service is provided solely as a benefit to our clients with no price mark-up, and as such is done only as part of a complete research, consultation and installation project.
The original invoices received from the vendors are provided to you for registering in your books.
Software/Hardware Installations
To complete the package, we offer full installation and setup of any software / hardware included in the project. The timeline for installation as well as the overall cost for the project is always agreed upon in advance, so you don’t have to worry about additional unexpected ‘installation’ hours or installation dead-lines that are not met. When planning the installation timeline, based on past experience we include additional time for unexpected delays and overhead and so far were always able to complete all projects on time.
We provide 12 months written warranty on any work we do.
Periodic Technical Support - Preventative Maintenance
Computers and software are similar to machines or cars. If regular periodic maintenance is not done, performance is degraded gradually and the risk for a bigger problem grows constantly. We will plan the proper preventative maintenance for you, and the time between maintenance visits (usually 1-3 months).
